We deliver across the UK for free.  All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days, but 99% of the time, we ship the same business day!  You will receive a shipping confirmation email providing tracking information once your order ships.  You can track your order at any time here.

Didn't receive your package?

If you have not received your package within 5-10 business days after receipt of your shipping notification emailed, please contact us.  If we do not hear from you within 14 business days of the shipment date, it is assumed you have received your package in satisfactory condition.  After this time, we cannot guarantee your missing package can be recovered from DHL, FedEx, or USPS and you will still be responsible for the charges.

Returns/Exchanges  💸

Although we know you'll love your product, in the event you do not, we'll work with you to facilitate a return or exchange.  Please be sure to contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order as we will not accept any returns or exchanges after that time.
