HOW TO USE:

First, take off any necklaces that you wear and then slightly wet your neck. You can use a wet cloth or simply wet your hands.

Didn't receive your package?

If you have not received your package within 5-10 business days after receipt of your shipping notification email, please contact us. If we do not hear from you within 14 business days of the shipment date, it is assumed you have received your package in satisfactory condition. After this time, we cannot guarantee your missing package can be recovered from DHL, FedEx, or USPS and you will still be responsible for the charges.

Please be sure to contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order as we will not accept any returns or exchanges after that time. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, please note that we do not refund the original outbound shipping costs (if any applied).
